Fairfield was one of the time-share pioneers, and – largely because of quality product – they survived an industry shake-out to enter the new millennium as a clear leader. 

Their customer base has become so large, in fact, that Fairfield Resorts commissioned Shirley/Hutchinson CreativeWorks to create an owner-focused monthly newsletter… just to keep everyone current. We built in additional value by providing customized content that spoke to individual owners, personally.

For example, we tailored geographically-unique offers, based on the addresses the newsletters were delivered to. And we designed a format that could incorporate an awards/points statement, reflect each owner’s monthly balance, and offer redemption options.

Other coordinated promotions included resort-specific ads that ran in metro magazines.  And a series of successful direct-mail promotions featuring oversized “vanity license plates” which were mailed with the recipient’s name in large block letters… already on the plate.
